WBYB Used Baseball and Softball Equipment Share Program

The bats, gloves and other baseball and softball equipment collecting dust in your garage can take the field again. Donate your gently-used equipment to future baseball stars through the WBYB Used Baseball and Softball Equipment Share Program. Drop off your unwanted equipment in early spring prior to the start of the baseball season, and it will be organized and made available to any WBYB player the following day. Equipment will be offered at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis.

We accept new or gently-used:

  • Baseballs and softballs
  • Fielding gloves
  • Youth bats
  • Batting helmets
  • Catcher’s mitts and protective gear
  • Rubber baseball cleats
  • Umpire protective gear
  • Individual and team equipment bags

What is the definition of ‘gently-used’?  ‘Gently-used’ items are not damaged or in need of repair. The best way to think about something being ‘gently-used’ is if you would feel comfortable giving it to a friend or family member. If in doubt, go ahead and donate it.
